Database search |

Hi all
I am experimenting with searching databases via 2 search criteria (DWMX).
I believe I have mastered the sql coding(on a basic level!!) however, there
are some tables in the database which just wont work. I get the error
message:-
"Data type mismatch in
criteria expression"
I have checked, double checked, triple checked and checked again all of the
coding, and its ok.
I know nothing of database setting up, could there be something in its make
up which wont allow me to search in this way?
Does anyone have any ideas please???
