Hi,
I ve made my website but I would like my customers to be able to register etc
for updates, special offer etc. How would I make this possible? I dont know
where to start. Do I need to buy a package or something?

what is it you want them to register for?
Access to a special section? (password protection)
A mailing list?
??
and- what scripting can you use on the site?
What's the hosting server type, and can you use php/asp/??
