Calculator box? DW4

message from blakeformayor on 15 Jul 2004
Hello all.. Extremely part-time web designer here.

I'm doing a small web site job for a client who, among other things, cleans
carpets. The client wants their page to have a feature where visitors can
input their square footage and get an estimate of how much the job will cost.
Since this is a matter of multiplication only, and we don't want to collect any
information, it seems like this should be quick and easy, but I've never done
it before and looking through the help materials didn't yield an answer.

I'm using Dreamweaver 4. Thanks in advance for making me look like a
super-hero.

It's not trivial when you take into account that users cannot be relied

Thanks for the recommendation.. It looks like just what I need. I'm having
trouble figuring out how exactly to implement it, though.. I went to the
behaviors menu and there's a group for yaromat, but within that group,
Calculate Form is greyed out.

I did make sure the file I was working on was saved before I tried to
implement the behavior, but it looks like there's something fundamental that I
have to do first that I just don't know to do..
