CSS: How do I turn on and off stylesheet from a webpage?

message from Sara Taylor on 16 Jul 2004
I was wondering if you could help me?

Is there an easy way to be able to turn on and off a stylesheet from my
webpage? I would like to do this so people can have a textual version to
view if they prefer.

I did find a clever javascript function for this but alas this does not
validate as it does not recognise the 'disabled' ID:

Any suggestions?

Thanks a lot :)

Hi Sara,

This technique might work for you:

I wrote before I could speak :)

Is there anything I need to change in the javascript to get it to work or on
the 'onclick' states?

Thanks
