Hello, I am trying to change the layout of a page using dw. The index has a php
extension and the format is in a css file. I want to make changes in the layout
but when I try to display the page in dw it shows little buttons labeled php
but no elements. I can change the layout of a page only if the page is html or
htm and the format is in a seprate css file. I know this might me very simple
but I am an absolute begginer!!

If the HTML code is printed by PHP ie its embedded in the PHP code, then you
can`t display it in DMX.
To get round it, you could view the page in a browser, then save the page,
so you only have HTML for the final result. Make the changes you want to
that in DMX, then mirror those changes to the HTML code printed out by the
PHP.
