Hiya, ive just started using dreamweaver MX and i was wondering how do i upload
the pages ive alreaydy done, ive tried copying and pasting the code into my
website, but it just comes out al messed up. Please help

Hi
Hit F1 to open DW's help guide.
Search for "defining a site", you will need to have ftp username and
password info to allow you to conect to a remote server. You can then
use the put and get buttons to transfer files up and down to the server.
Your local site structure should mirror your remote site structure.

are you talking about uploading web pages onto your webserver? or downloading
pages from the web and opening them in dreamweaver? your post is a little
unclear. provide a little more information and we might be able to steer you in
the right direction.

Does your hosting have FTP access?
then put the ftp info into the remote pane of this Site Definition.
(open the F1 help)
or- is it a free host that only has a "file manager" webpage, or some other
type of thing??

Look down the search results in the help and you will see this option:
defining a dreamweaver site
Click on it to select it and click the display button. Everything you
need to know is in there.

My guess would be that you're in "Design" view, and not in "Code" view.
At the top of your work area there should be a button with the word "code" on
it, or it may have a set of brackets on it. Simply click that, and redo your
paste.
