Align Layer to table

I'd like to align a layer to move with a table set to a percentage.

Or use CSS to position the layer with respect to the table. It would be
hard to say more without more info about what you want to do.

CSS would do it better however.

If the table is centering, you place the 'layer' into a centering wrapper
that has the same width as the table so that it centers to the same spot.

oh ok. I was thinking you had found a way to make the layers adhere to a
sepecific location if the table was 100% in width and was flexible with
the widening and narrowing of the browser window.

Yes, I agree it works great and cuts out the need for any complex
snapping procedures.
